Default Mesmer "Fast Casting" Skill Suggestions

Ok. I have two non-elite skill suggestions:

Mantra of Chain Casting; Fast Casting Stance (10en, 30 recharge)
For 5-15s your character is not subject to the .75s aftercast.

Quick Block; Fast Casting Interrupt (5en, 15s recharge, .25s cast)
Interrupt target's spell or prepration, if your interrupt is successful
this skill recharges 3..10s faster.

Combined with the Fast Casting passive effect, this would probably result in people with good connections being incredibly more effective than those with more latency, as it means that the minimum time to cast a series of spells is essentially zero. For that reason, I don't think it would be fair.

I could possibly see an elite skill that reduces the aftercast (say, to 0.5...0.3 sec). Even weakened like that, it would be horrifically abusable as a non-elite skill (just add Ether Renewal).

I think the point of having significant recycle times on all the interrupts is precisely to make it infeasible to cast so many interrupts so quickly. Adding this skill would make it possible to interrupt pretty much every single spell that one enemy (possibly two enemies, if you're good) can cast, which seems downright unfair.

Honestly, even with a 5 second recycle time on the interrupts that's still slower than the new Interruption ranger builds, after the nerf. Interruption is a little overpowered (mainly for Ranger, no problems with the Mesmer ones here). Anyway, I have to agree, the skills you mentioned would either have to be elite or cost more.

I like the skills you suggested. Maybe their too good but the basic concept is great. A few more fast casting skills would be nice for the mesmer.
